The guidance offered leads you through your practice to find your own way forward on your personal journey and discovery of well-being. From the beginner student, to the advanced practitioner looking to further develop their understanding and depth of awareness, there is something for everyone.



PRIVATE SESSIONS
For those who are interested in a personally designed practice, therapies for
rehabilitation, refining your own practice, beginning your yoga journey, or specific goals and mentorship, private sessions are a beautiful way to connect and go deeper into your own personal practice. Brought to your home or in a studio environment.
SUP YOGA
Paddleboard Yoga uses an approach that is completely unique. It incorporates the element of nature, a setting that facilitates a wider connection within your practice. Drawing forth inspiration from the Earth, guided by natural rhythms and harmonies, this invites a fluidity to the practice and a new dynamic to the movement of vinyasa.
GROUP CLASSES
I teach regular classes at Yoga Ground in Wanaka, but you can also book a class for a group catering to your interests and needs. Either on the water having some fun practicing SUP Yoga, or on land, this is a great way to learn and connect together - a group class with a more personalised experience.
