ABOUT THE CLASSES

 

I facilitate group classes, private sessions, and programs that promote an attuned insight of the body and mind, personal exploration and development, and health and well-being for students.

 

Based on the practices of yoga, meditation, breathing techniques and tools for holistic living, these classes will focus on the areas of the physical body, the mental and emotional well-being, and fostering a healthy connection and awareness of self.

 

Yoga and meditation can shift habits in our physiology and mentality, and allow us to acknowledge and connect with our human experience in a more authentic and purposeful way.

ABOUT DANIELLE

 

I was brought into this world with an inquisitive and empathic nature, and from a very young age I considered the subtleties of existence and the big questions of life. This began an ongoing journey to understand my experience with an expanded clarity, to find presence in mind and body, and to explore the capacity of my awareness.

 

Yoga became an invaluable part of this journey when I was in my formative years. After more than a decade of practice in this age old technique, I felt a desire to share the gift of yoga with others.

 

I completed my teacher training in Raja Yoga with Jackie Chiodo in 2015. I have expanded on that training with further education in the technique of Vippasana meditation and other meditation techniques, as well as mentorship and training with Susan Allen of Yoga Ground.
