Anumana Yoga focuses mainly on physical postures, meditation, and breathing

techniques. By practicing a refined and intentional approach to movement and alignment in the body, and nurturing mindfulness, we are able to reveal a clearer observation of our experience.

 

Anumana is a Sanskrit word that translates to “knowledge that follows.” Using our skills of observation and logic gained from past experiences we can develop a new truth or conclusion. Yoga and meditation are a practice of observation. Observing the mind and the physiology of the body we can then develop a clarity around our experiences and personal truth.
